Production
Sunram 's production infrastructure, spanning two bases in Shunde, Guangdong and Huai'an, Jiangsu, comprises over 20 SMT, DIP and flexible assembly production lines. The company has implemented a series of automated, digitalised and intelligent demonstration workshops. Sunram has adopted a digital system to facilitate the planning and scheduling, supply chain management, quality control, warehousing and logistics, and production management processes, with the objective of reducing the delivery cycle for products to a maximum of 48 hours. This approach is intended to realise highly efficient and flexible production and expeditious delivery.
